We aspire to be a local and global catalyst for leadership conversation, education, and innovation, while aiming to empower learners to become intentional and inspired leaders who integrate innovative ideas and proven practices with theory, reflection, and critical analysis.

Our programs are designed to help executives, educators, and administrators develop advanced skills in strategic analysis, change management, international education and organizational development. Students can focus in educational leadership (P-12), higher education, nonprofit leadership, organizational leadership or create a specialized study. Graduates will be well-equipped to assume senior leadership positions in organizations, universities, or public school systems.
