Brightspace by D2L is an online learning system where you can access your courses and course materials. It provides you with a more mobile, responsive online environment while using the latest design tools to enhance your learning experience. It’s also easy to use and quick to learn! Brightspace FAQs

Your courses can be accessed through a link on the Student Dashboards on My.CityU.edu. You will also be able to access Brightspace directly at mycourses.cityu.edu/d2l/home. Login with your CityU username and password.

Yes! The mobile app for Brightspace is Pulse and is available for both Apple and Android devices.

The Brightspace Community and YouTube channel provide excellent resources on how to use the system and leverage course tools to engage learners. Sign up for the Brightspace Community with your CityU email and visit the Learning Center to enroll in or view recordings of Guided Trainings. Join a Brightspace Community group to participate in conversations with peers on best practices for using the platform.

24/7 technical support is available through the My.CityU portal. The Student Help Center and the Faculty Help Center on My.CityU will also provide videos and tutorials on how to complete key tasks within your course portal.
