City University of Seattle is proud to host its first Feria Latino Americana this July. Each summer, CityU hosts students from its partner institutions in Mexico. This year’s Feria Latino Americana will commemorate the students’ visit through a series of events and presentations to enrich the conversation around the advancements in Latino-American community. CityU invites you to join the celebration!
The Feria Latino Americana will take place on City University of Seattle’s campus located at Sixth and Wall in downtown Seattle . The events are open to the public and CityU encourages everyone to visit.
All events are FREE of charge and are open to the public. These events are made possible thanks to the Mexican Consulate in Seattle; Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM); CETYS Universidad; UPAEP Universidad; Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosi; and Universidad; and Autónoma de Nuevo de León (UANL).
Events will include:
- Thursday Night Speaker Series – July 10, 17, 24 and 31 at 6:00 p.m.
- Mesoamerican Expo Lecture – July 23 at 6:00 p.m.
- Lunch and Learn Speaker Series – July 8, 15 and 22 at 12:00 p.m.
- Film Festival – July 12, 18, and 26 at 6:00 p.m.
- Art Exhibit – July 21-August 1
