CityU’s Director of Institutional Effectiveness Published

City University of Seattle’s Director of Institutional Effectiveness, Dr. Susan Seymour, has been published in the Journal of Leadership, Accountability and Ethics. Her article is titled, “An Exploration of Institutional Climate and Supports Enabling Career Growth Journal Article“. Dr. Seymour co-wrote and researched this paper alongside Dr. Anne Wairepo who works for Utah Valley University. This article explores and considers the climate and supports for female leaders at Utah Valley University.
