“We are proud to be able to service the many successful alumni of Pacific Coast Banking School that would like to earn a bachelor’s or master’s degree with their previous banking experience,” said Randy Frisch, President of City University of Seattle. “As CityU caters to working adults, we feel our programs would fit very well in helping these alumni reach their future goals.”
CityU will offer a credit alignment program for PCBS alumni to earn university credit for completion of PCBS courses. This will allow PCBS alumni to graduate faster while saving money on tuition. PCBS alumni can earn up to nine credits towards their MBA with a banking emphasis or up to three credits towards a general MBA degree.
CityU’s programs are designed for working professionals who need flexibility and convenience. Most of the programs are offered fully online, but CityU also offers in-person classes at campuses located throughout Washington State, Canada, and in 8 other countries around the world. The global focus and the practitioner faculty ensure that students receive high-quality, career relevant information while strengthening their professional networks.
“We are thrilled to have CityU recognize the value of the PCBS program and to provide our graduates with additional educational opportunities through this partnership,” said Gretchen Claflin, President and CEO of PCBS.
