City University of Seattle Names Christopher Bryan as Interim President

SEATTLE, WA – September 6, 2024: As of September 2nd, Christopher Bryan, CPA has been named Interim President of City University of Seattle. He will continue serving in his current role as COO/CFO in addition to his new responsibilities as Interim President.

Having previously served as Interim President in 2022, Bryan is returning to the role with a wealth of knowledge and experience. He brings a proven track record of focusing on what matters to our students.

“CityU is fortunate to have such great faculty and administrative leaders at all levels throughout the organization,” said Bryan. “The CityU cabinet and I are confident that we will continue to grow and thrive as we focus on the University’s mission and on our commitment to helping our students.”

Bryan, who joined CityU in 2017, currently oversees the University’s business and financial strategy, accounting and financial reporting, and management of Canadian enrollment and facilities. Throughout his tenure at CityU, he has helped to expand the University’s operations and increase growth opportunities domestically and in Canada. Bryan has also helped to redefine CityU’s strategic outlook, and he led the school to its current strong financial position.
