Celebrating Military Appreciation Month

National Military Appreciation Month is celebrated in May, and is an opportunity to recognize and honor U.S. service members. While it’s been a month focused on military appreciation for decades, this May marks only the 15th anniversary of National Military Appreciation Month.

American-FlagCity University of Seattle can proudly point to over 150 years of combined experience working within the military community, and we put that experience to work every day. CityU recognizes the accomplishments of servicemen and women around the country by offering military tuition and benefits for each of the following groups:

  • U.S. – All Branches: Active Duty Military
  • Guard and Active Reserve Members
  • Retired Military
  • Spouses/Dependents of Active duty, Retired military, Guard and Active Reserve
  • Department of Defense Employees
  • Canada – Active Duty

With a group of dedicated military education advisors, and a $100,000 Transitioning Veterans Scholarship, CityU always stands ready to help those who have helped our country.

We join the rest of the country this month in offering our thanks. We wish every serviceman and woman the best in all their pursuits!
