Students in the Associate of Science in Management degree program gain a solid foundation in management and what it takes to lead people and processes across a variety of workplace environments.

Upon completion of your associate degree in management, you will have had the opportunity to learn about the techniques, theories, and principles management professionals apply to a variety of business management settings, from retail management to customer service management. The education you receive in this program will allow you to pursue entry-level opportunities in business or transfer credit toward earning a Bachelor of Arts in Management.

Coursework will provide graduates with skills necessary for leading teams, resolving conflict, motivating others, understanding organizational structure, ethics in business situations, and a host of practical management techniques. The program also explores general management concepts, including the fundamentals for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.

The Associate of Science in Management will prepare students to:
