- Apply appropriate project management tools and concepts to finalize the initiation of a project.
- Generate appropriate project management planning documentation.

- Analyze appropriate risk response strategies and mitigation techniques in traditional, agile, and adaptive environments/projects.
- Develop a risk management plan.
Course Format
This is a 4-week blended course composed of online, online synchronous, and in-person instruction. Students will have the option to meet with faculty virtually M-TR evenings, and two four-hour sessions on campus. Videos and materials will also be provided in the online environment.
Courses will run in an Online Synchronous (OS) format Evenings Monday through Thursday from 6:00-9:00pm for a duration of four weeks with two in-person four-hour Saturday sessions (also available via Zoom for those who cannot travel to Seattle). This class will run for four weeks beginning July 31, 2023.*

Tuition is a flat rate of $3,100. This includes all course materials and course packs.

- Examine the risks, challenges, and opportunities in M & A situations along with the associated elements in the structure and process of the transaction.

Course Format
This is a 6-week blended course composed of online, online synchronous, and in-person instruction. Videos and materials will also be provided in the online environment.
